Question Help with Hard Drive recoginition problem

Hey guys, Ever since I reformated my (system drive) C:\ and my F:\ drive the other day (both are Seagate 120g Sata ) I haven't been able to access my G: and H: drives, both are Seagate Sata 200g drives, and the both of them are nearly full.
Neither the G: or H: drives come up in My Computer but they are both visible in Device Manager and Disk Management but I can't access either of them. After days of p***ing around I ran the Seagate Seatools utility and I found out that neither of them had partitions, (or if they did they didn't show up) so I need to know if anyone has either had this problem before or knows how to fix it.
I think repartitioning the drives might be the solution but I need to know does anyone know of any good software like Hard drive Mechanic or Partition Magic that can repartition a Hard Drive without loosing or corupting existing data.
Both of these software Utilities claim to do exactly what I think I need but I'm a bit apprehensive about buying them as I've been bitten before.
If anyone knows of a fix for this problem or some software that actually repartitions or recovers data I would really appreciate the help.
So, everybody thanks for any help in advance.
