Like always, I can't overcome this problem with version 4 ps2. It won't read back up discs. I've mod every other version and they all worked but the version 4. Apparently, when I pressed and hold the power button, it didn't change to any mode because it loads the original games without hesitation. I highly doubt that the chip is defective.
This could also mean there's no power going to the chip? Please help me overcome this problem. It's driving me crazy.
By the way it's a version 4 no gap.
