Hey EvoEvo, just an ole trick of the trade, if the iron tip is too big.
I believe you can take it to a grinder and tone it down a bit then get it hot again and dip it in melted solder, and shake off the excess. thus giving you a finer tip to work with. should make it easier for persicion jobs in the future.
