Your bios settings should tell you what is master and what is slave - then you can swap the cables and/or jumpers if necessary. While I was at it, I also updated the firmware from 1.05 to 1.08....

Replies: 11 Write Error Views: 6,292 Posted By Bloof It's set up as a secondary slave with a Reg CD... It's set up as a secondary slave with a Reg CD player as secondary master. It burns about 1/4 of the DVD, then craps out - same place everytime, any kind of DVD.
