If you have an ISO image it means that the cd image was extracted with a program like Easy CD Creator, the WORST program for duplicating a PSX cd!

Not correct... a 80 min cd-r is not the same as a 74 min cd-r overburned... if U overburn a 74 min you can obtain 75~76 min maximum!

2) put it in the reader ;)
3) run CDRWin
4) select "extract disc/sector"
