Final answer to problem (I hope)
Copy I made did not work on my Xbox but worked perfectly on a friends the only difference being that my Xbox had a Samsung DVD-Rom and his a Thomson. Draw your own conclusions.

Rallysport Challenge 2 Burn Question
I know that this game is over 6 gig, my question is:- has anybody successfully burned an image onto a dual layered disk (I burned image but the xbox failed to recognize the disk) and work?
