I have used CloneCD as the program I use for backups for quite some time now. I have not had to backup any games of late as I have been busy with other things such as backing up my DVD collection....

The ribbon cable is somewhat bent up, but it was that way from the first time I opened it. I have had to send this system into Sony twice to have them fix the lazer problem with blue bottom disks....
