Have any of you tried the Messiah 2 Clone chip?

Seems to cheap to be true!

Ouestions: Will my original Messiah 1 chip work with the latest versions of PS2?

Hope you can offer some advice.

My Messiah V4 PAL PS2 has recently stopped playing all DVD media. Without being recently messed with.

I have scoped the eye pattern, CD eye pattern...

Do you know where I could find a diagram showing the Test Point required to check the Eye pattern of the DVD on my V4 PAL ps2.

When using smart ripper i select pal video, english 2 or 6 channel sound and the heading "others".
And in dvd2one i select only the large file for compression

Missing chapter after backup

Hey folks,
Any ideas why some of the movies I backupn turn out to start about 15 minutes into the movie.
I use Smart ripper 2.41 and then DVD2one for compression, finally I use Prassi for the burn....

I have a Messiah chipped V4 PS2, which has worked well for the past 3 months since I modified it.
But now during the start up screen, where you see the multi coloured atoms moving around the screen...

Have any of you used a DVD-RW for backups and had success? Using Pioneer 104 DVD-R R/W

I have the oppertunity to get a hold of a few and wonder if the PAL V4 PS2 likes them or not.

Also do you need to patch the games before burning to CD, when using a messiah chip.

I am at this moment chipping my PS2 V4 PAL with the messiah chip and there are some differences between my chips and surrounding component positions with the pictures shown on the afore mentioned web...
