you are not being thick, you do not need a modchip to play back up games. it helps with the booting process without question, but it is not a absolute must.

what you need to do is increase the size of the temp. file space on you hard drive, i set mine at about 70 mb which is normally plenty to cope with buffer underruns. let me know how u get on.

Yes, just try it, the cue sheet you see is compiled from the info in the bin file, so whatever is in the bin file creates what is in the cue sheet. Good hunting!
