Actually i have never burned it without dummies ( i don't want to damage my dc if i am not sure...so it was a sort of provocation).
Someone told me that it isn't a dummy problem but a KALISTO BIN...

I have downloaded Sword of Berserk (Kalisto, 76:53)
It is a BIN file so I added some dummies to fit it on a 80 min.
But MPEGs play really bad...(Play-stop-play-stop).

Problem solved.
The first time i burned it with 2048 blocks.Now I have just burned it with 2352 blocks and works fine. Why other games like Silent scope and crazy taxi work fine even if i burned it...

To dummy or Not to dummy?

Well I know that not dummied Cdr may damage my dreamcast. I have no problem adding dummies to .Bin format, but here's the question: a cdi image doesn't need to be dummied even if is only 71:53 min?...

Just downlod the cdi image, convert it to BIN, add some dummy with add dummy v1.2 and that burn it with cdrwin (i did so and it works well)

Ho can I know if a NTSC game swiches to 50 hz (i have a pal DC)? is there any program? if pal 2 ntsc patch doesn't find any patcheable area, does this means that maybe the game doesn't swicht to 50...
