VCD to DVD
Although I think I know what answer I might get, I thought there's no harm in asking those that know.
Is there a program that can not only convert vcd/mpeg/avi etc to dvd, but improves the picture quality as well? I have a concert vcd that is pixellated in parts and it would be fantastic if I could improve the quality a little in the conversion. Have I got any hope? |
use ulead dvd movie factory 2

Nothing will improve the quality of your vcd/mpeg/avi etc when converting to dvd. Because you perminantly loose it when you shrink the images to that size in the first place.

Thanks guys.
I was sort of hoping that shrinking a dvd down to vcd was a bit like an mp3 for music. Quality not quite as good, but you can convert it back and it's almost in its original state. Guess not. :( Any other ideas would be appreciated. |
Nope its not like that. But that sure would be nice.
