ok when you burn a dvd 2 vcd you compress the movie right is there a way 2 uncompress it 2 dvd-r so the quality comes better than vcd if so how and what programs:confused:

Nope, sorry dude. When we say compressed and we are talking about vcds that means that basically the movie has been reencoded to fit onto a smaller format. That takes out, in this case a lot of the quality which will never come back.
