right - click on bat file, run as administrator.

already done that ( run as administrator )... same result....

run without administrator i was have same problem

i'm new in these conversion thing....
was there something wrong with this repack.bat ?
because my conversion failed.

i also tried the conversion in Win 7 Ultimate SP1 x86 ( on Virtual Machine ). i have vmware on my PC. with the same result...

well last thing is temp disable UAC then run bat file again ( dont right-click run as admin)
i'll install win8x64 on VM & test it out

Are you sure that running repack.bat runs it with its parent directory set as the current directory? Run this batch file:

Does it print the directory where it is running from?

i run the bat file. it says
C:\HAWX 2\HAWX2_DVD1
press any key to continue . . .
i copied and extract all DVD content to C: directory
i don't need to install the game first, right?
all i need to do is copy all the DVD9 contents to extracted HAWX2_DVD1 folder from senseman conversion...

the reason it doesn't work is you have the multi6 version with 6GB data2.cab.
the version this seems to work properly on is data2.cab 3.29GB + data3.cab 2.45GB.

Will further test this on the multi6 version to see if it errors aswell.
You can use peter's conversion for this as it was specifically written for the multi6 version.
