I believe that starforce "generates" a key from the cd. when you make a copy the copy is not perfect so starforce generates a different key now.

that only works with soldiers... is there any of the same kind for cycling manager4?

now how did that dude break starforce3? i didnt realy understand that? And about the link over my thread, it is dead. its exactly what i want, because i wanna crack/emulate soldiers. Answer quickly plz...

I dont bother doing all this as I just prefer to use the original discs to play but as far as I understand:
Leave the HD's connected! Disconnect the CD/DVD drives! ;)

Others wrote to disconnect all IDE devices.

Hi, i tried to do all you suddested to crack the starforce: i downloaded the images .mdf & .mds, I mounted them on Alcohol 120% & Daemon Tools, i disabled the IDE connection using starforceNightmare and starfuck and disconnecting the dvd reader.
but it still not work!!! the F****D protection system does not accept the virtual Cd!!!!!:confused: :mad:

help me please!!!:(

i tried this with Rise&Fall (also Starforce 3)

i create an image via alcohol 120%, plug off my cd-drive, mount the image and it doesnt work............

very bad thing....
starforce seems to be a very good protection.....
