I got a PAL DC for my brother for Christmas. That one also has serial number "HKT-3030". All CDR:s work just fine.

Maybe the problem is with your CD burner / software. Have you tried any other CD:s?

I have a HKT 3030 (UK/PAL). This works fine with backups. Check out the FAQs for details of how to burn bootdisc and games. If you can't successfully make a boot disc, you will have even more trouble making working games.

BTW, Utopia 1.1 Discjuggler CDI image requires version 2.0 NOT 3.0 to burn.

Apologies to all, Model Number HKT 3030 works fine :) <----- its just that every boot disk I make doesn't work and i'm sure i'm doing EVERYTHING right. I tried my friends boot disk and it works. Thx for replies anyway.

RE:Need help with Utopia BootCD nero format setup... What ModeS?

I have created 2 costers with nero now. Can someone tell me what mode and ISO level it is... If someone who has done this successfully can post a step by step that would be great.
I dont want it for games so much as I do for VCD playing!!!! According to DC copy world.
I'm in the AF and think it would be great to create movies for my DC because it's smaller than a DVD player and I could take it TDY to overseas....

Check out my step by step for DVD to VCD...
