I just wanna know if there's any way to burn a DIVX movie or a cam onto a cd that can play on my Dreamcast...
Can i AVI to Mpeg? then burn using the mpeg player? or will the divx codec interfere?

there is no way possible (not to this point in time anyways) of playing the DivX format on the DC the only format that can be used is MPEG which i tried and quality is very nice but the cd-rom is so slow that it loses frames
p.s - i wouldn't talk bout DivX movies casue thats illegl shit :-)

I believe that a 12x speed should be fast enough to play MPEG movies. Correct me if I'm wrong. But I've seen some High quality MPEG on the DC and they work with no problem.
It is possible, there is currently a divX project in the pipeline for dc, theres not alot of news on it at the moment, but its coming
