I recently installed a MSI DR4-A DVD +/- 4x writer and Primo DVD will not recognise it as a recordable device.
Its the only drive installed and as master.
Anybody got any suggestions?

Primo is very outdated. It might not work but try installing the latest px engine here (http://support.sonic.com/Downloads/engine.asp) . If that doesn't work you will need to get a diff prog like RecordNow Max.
