Problem with Counter strike!!

Hiya all, I had recently downloaded and upgrade for counter strike from 1.4 to 1.5.

I downloaded it perfectly but I think I may have installed it abit wrong.

whenever I try to connect to a server it keeps saying that I dont have the right protocol so could I please upgrade to the latest version of counter strike.

so what I was wounder was if someone could help me, point me to the right direction or tell me what to do.

Maybe those server not yet updated to the newest version.

And if you are using Modification version, remember to update your Half-Life to 1.1.1.0.
