still getting 1st_read.bin at 0k

can anyone help me with this. i have a cable which was purchased from lik-sang and i can send the dreamrip file to the game console and i can recieve the gzipped files. but when i extract them with EO alot of the files are 0k including the 1st_read.bin file. the ip.bin is 32k. what could cause this.

Every IP.BIN are 32Ko!
It is just a little file which gives the console some information about the game.
For instance: Its name, if the gun is supported, if the VGA Box is supported... etc...

ok thanks for the info on the ip.bin file but what about the 1st_read.bin file . why is it always 0k?
