smash pack loader???

Anyone know how to use the smash pack loader??? I read the text but I don't understand what the heck this guy is talking about. Do I burn the files as CD-ROM like the utopia disc or do I treat it as if I am making a self boot disc from a non-self boot disc. Thanks.
