help bootdisk writing

when ever i trie to write a bootdisk nero gives me some error i've downloaded 3

i can't remember the problem but it said somthing about something not matching and it gives me the options to ignore it or i think repair it
when i ignore it it wites the image file but when i open the cd there's nothing in it but it still uses up space

has anyone else experienced this problem and knows how fix or explain this

please help
