edit compress.bat & change the compression to -m0 for each file.

not quite, need to change whole string

-msrep+lzma:a1:mfbt4:d256m:fb128:mc1000:lc8 change to -m0 ( do it for every line that has that string ) save the file, then run it

-m0 is for no compression
so, what the code for "zip, bzip, etc" ?
or maybe you can tell me where is site that I can learn about it?
----
I did no compression method, then the size is error
DVD1 = 1.98GB
DVD2 = 7.99GB
DVD3 = 2.0GB
DVD4 = 4.19GB

do the conversion as its posted to fit on 4xdvd5. IF you want to do different compression look to data#.lst files. Those tell what files go in each dvd, you want no compression then it wont fit on 4xdvd5 without changing around the files lists.

you want to know what other methods of compression, simply start up inno, click on help, read the documentation within inno, it will tell you all you want to know.

I think "lzma" take too long for converting and installation process, I usually use "zip" compression..
before I do "no compression", I did the conversion as its posted above but it's take 2 hour just for data2.cab and only 10%,, .. so, I think maybe it will faster if use no compression or zip method..

maybe I'll try again this convertion as its posted above..

just run at night & should be done when you get up in morning. make sure nothing else is running in the background, when compressing files.
