Tool to replace a game's audio tracks with your own audio tracks

Is there a tool that can rip apart a CDI, then let you replace the audio tracks with your own mp3s/wavs, then rebuild the CDI? That would be cool.... your own music in TH2! Maybe one of the release groups would be up to the challenge of making a tool to do this?

you don't need a tool to do it, as long as it's a game with multiple cdda tracks in the first session. (like unreal tourney) just burn the songs you want, be sure to leave space for the game, and redo all the files with the echelon self boot toolkit to whatever LBA msinfo tells you .
