Max Payne weird error

Dear Sir/madam,

Everytime my Max Payne tries to enter the first level I am having this error:

Failed to decode JPG images "Bogus marker Length"

and sometimes this one:

Invalid date read from an R-MemoryFile ("Part0_level1.1db)

Man I have tried everything but nothing worked

Help Me

Faithfully
Wayne

Hi,
I wonder if you've used the cheat mode startup batch file to get access to the console in the game (It might just bypass the error ur getting),
I'll mail you a batch file i made to use the cheat console, Simple press f12 to toggle the console and as a bonus, Here's a cheat code to type (If you get it working)
Coder =Full weapons & God mode

<Copy the "Max".Bat file into your max payne directory & double click it to run>

Don't worry man I finally figured out.
When I install full install I get the error but when I choose the one below it which is load levels from CD so it works now but I still have question about the wall mark.
When I shoot on the wall there aren't any marks?
But I see in the demo. What the?
The wall should crack off.
Can you explain?

Depends what level of detail etc have been set.

Low level = few bullet holes etc= better frame rate
