WHAT is up with the Time setting??

k, this one is weird, and i have had it before, bbrip1.1, & 1.0 keep giving me error when i am trying to download tracks, something about 17:00:00 > 11:21:51 or some crap like that, and it is in the time colum. the last time this happend i changed my date on my windows clock and got it to work, but now it is the same time setting that it was last time it worked and now i cannot rip tracks. anyone one have any suggestions on this one?
ps. is there a site that has a list of the protections used on which games? Thanks
