I have not tested much, but you could rip JP/EN language and 720p/1080p/2160p movies aswell to get a bit better ratio.
I simply have no time atm to test deeper. Edit: Sorry I used wrong command line syntax. I just realized this now lol. Use this Code:

Not encrypted, but lzham. File table is encrypted though. Spiritovod shared a bms script on cs (ue4 keys topic) that simply extracts data - great for data mining. Reimport doesn't work due to the nature of the lzham used. FitGirl was kind enough to give me a little bit of info about it. |

You can take a lot of size off by converting the banks to ogg audio and using oggre and a hdiff patch. |

You can save even more space by using an actual codec for unity plugin and the correct lz4 library.
Tick verbose mode and set up unity plugin without any level settings. This way you can see what level you should use. Nowadays unity bundle assets using lz4hc with level 12 mostly. Code:
