Copying games without multi session writing
Is it possible to copy original dreamcast games using disk juggler, cdrwin or another type of program without having multi session writing ? And if not how can I get multi session writing.

NEwayz, i was using win98se a week ago, and successfully burn 1 DC game using Disc Juggler 2.00419, "Looney Tuns SPace racing." Since then, I have upgraded to Windows ME and keep getting "under buffer run " using DJ 2.0 or 3.0. So I try this "cdirip" which converts cdi to "game.iso" and "header.iso ( contains audio )" so i burn this game.iso using cdrwin, checking the box for "open new session". AFter i burn the first session, I try to burn the second session which is the actual game data ( game.iso) my burner won't burn the second session. I have HP 8200i 4x4x24 burner. What could be wrong with my burner? or Is it because I upgraded to Windows ME? I even did the aspi upgrade and jinxter ghost driver. It still won't burn second session. Im so desperate, wasted about 20 CDS already. You got any idea what's causign this? |

hey aramiSF read this
first of all don't use diskJ 3.0 only use 2.0 Burn the game iso first that was produced by the ISO LBA fixer as a Mode 2 XA track in the first session. (CdrWin example: use "File and Backup Tools". Select "Record an ISO file". Choose the tmp.iso or whatever you named it. Select Cdrom-XA and Mode 2, check the box for Open New Session and Finalize/Close Session, and uncheck the Write Postgap Box) Now burn the header.iso as the track in the second session (CdrWin: exact same procedure as the last track, except select header.iso) |
