help with Dino Crisis

Hello, i live in the U.S. and want to know if i need a NTSC 2 PAL patch or need to patch Dino Crisis to PAL. also, i have patched the .bin file already but how do i burn the file onto a disk? just as a data cd? also must i include the .cue file that CDRWIN produces? i tried burning it through CDRWIN but could not figure out how to get both the .bin and .cue on. it gave an error when i tried to load the .cue cuesheet. can anyone help me? Also, if i am doing things wrong, maybe you can answer how i can burn a workable copy of Dino Crisis?

To burn the game with cdrwin goto record disc (the top left icon) and click on load cuesheet. Once you load the cuesheet then record the game to disc. The game needs a protection fix or a steal chip. Good luck.
