Getting the Music out of Resident Evil

I've been trying to get the Background Music out of the Resident Evil series.

In Resident Evil 1 (Director's) there are quite a few different files including:
.VB which are PCM RAW files
.HSB which apparently are 'VAB' files - they have the header of 'pBAV' - which is presumably VAB reversed. These are some sort of samples.

In Resident Evil 2, there are BGM files which I though would include music, but BGM2WAV doesn't work.
.BGM files have header of 'pQES' - which is presumably SEQ reversed.

In Resident Evil 3 Nemesis, there are again BGM files, but this time they are tiny. They appear to be some kind of custom MIDI or Sequence file, as there are many samples (pianos, strings etc.) in the VB RAW PCM format.

In Resident Evil Survivor, I can't find any files that suggest music. There are STR and XA files, which I have all looked at, but they are only voice.

Resident Evil : Code Veronica, I don't know about the music in PS2 format.

Can anyone suggest how to get the music out of the discs?

Many Thanks!!
