Where to Get External Codecs for xtool?

As per the title, where do you download external codecs for (earlier version of) xtool?

I have xtool version 0.7.8 (as well as the later version 0.8.7).

Screenshot shows empty external codecs as I don't have any external codecs for xtool yet.
