This is the offline DirectX installer, repacked with LZ4 and 7-Zip. What's the point of it?

7z sorts things inverted look for the file "_installer.bat" it should be at the bottom in 7z

and look at the code inside look for the batch label ":X64" + if you run the batch file it would show what it does install

I still don't understand the point. 7-Zip sorts files in its own ways, into blocks of the same/similar types/extensions, to achieve better compression levels with solid compression. Yes, I can also list the contents of archives. Are you asking a question (how to do something, fix a bug) from us or showing a solution to us for a nontrivial problem?

2:the aio redist's point is to get a pc in an operable state for games by installing".net framework, xna framework,Visual C++ redists (2005-2022),Direct X,Open AL"

No, it's not inverted, it's different. Executable files (EXE, DLL) are in one block, others are in another. As I wrote, this is how 7-Zip sorts files for better compression.

These should be downloaded directly from Microsoft. We have a list of such links in the PC Games Forum FAQ.
