PS9 number error

I get a PS9 error with a number following it either saids video or audio on Clone DVD 2. I'm using Anydvd 3.611 in the backround. I can't figure it out. It happens on every dvd I tried to back up. this happens on the reading portion of it, not the writing. So the reading errors out and stops dead in its track. I used dvd decryptor and ripped the entire disc and then went back with Clone DVD 2 again to try to read it again but I still get the PS9 error message. What is this error and how can I solve the problem. I'm using in my desktray, only efax, msn, ati, and anydvd so I tried to turn off my zone alarm and my antivirus avg 7.0 software but it still gets the error when reading. What do you suggest?

My system info:
amd 2800xp with Gigabyte 7AVXP motherboard,
ATI AIW 9800 agp
Lite-On 16x dvd rom
Sony 500a dvd+-rw, firmware g burns at 4x across the board.
sound is built on board ac97 and so is the ethernet.
