FUEL Error

i just installed the game FUEL for win, and when I execute the file a black screen comes ip and stays that way for about 15 seconds, then 2 error messagas come up, one after another:
I have to mention that I have NVIDIA geforce 9500 GT and the most updated driver version

Make sure you have the latest DirectX, too. (One was released just a few weeks ago.) Also, read through the PC Games forum FAQ for some more ideas.
