Have Problems With Burning Please Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

how do i install 256mb 512mb?em i installing my burning programs wong?i deleted my PC and started over and im still have burning problems with nero and Alcohol 120%.i have defragment my pc and scaned my pc for errors no error.IM ABOUT TO SHOT MY SELF PLEASE HELP SOMEBODY WITH MY BURNING PROBLEMS

Q&A time.
what do you have running in the background?
have you opened the case to check whether the memory is fully inserted?
have you checked whether cables are fully connected?
In aus, there have been reports of ME, and other 9x based Operating systems being unable to handle massive amounts of physical memory. i use XP for burning my VCDs and files.
i found that most of my problems dissapeered when i migrated to nero 6x series. a demo is available free for download at
<html>ftp.nero.com\/</html> search the ftp site, but is usually in the Current version folder.

sorry if i make it sound as though you dont know anythingabout computers, even if you do. this is just some advice i got when i encountered a similar problem.
