Sims 3 v1.22.9 File Archive corrupted

The structure of the archive is damaged (Error #17540)
Any way this can be fixed? or opened another way? I'm using Stuffit to open it.

There's nothing wrong with the archive. StuffIt is for the Macintosh, who knows how well it can handle PC-related archive formats, so get WinRAR instead.
