Isobuster (got all the files of a game) now how do i Burn all the files?

I use CloneCD for backups, works great.
I use Nero for Image files, i convert DiscJuggler files to nero Images so I can burn them.

But i dont know how to burn all the files if they are not on one image. I got all the files out with Isobuster... now... I see those famous 1st_read.bin and ip.bin and all the directories with all the game files....

I dont see any .cue files like I have seen before like on DreamMSX (1 bin and 1 cue file)

so the question is.: once I have all the files on a dir how do i put them into a nero image or burn them with nero?
