Help about torrenting

i need a litttle help

Yesterday i made my first repack of among us
and also using utorrent i made its torrent.......
but when i shared that torrent to my friends (I deleted the main folder of repack having bins and setup . i deleted that because i thought that files would in utorrents cloud and can be downloaded anytime using this torrent) They were unable to download it

IT STUCKS AT CONNECTING TO PEERS

Is there any way that even after the file is deleted the torrent can download the files

Thanks but what i wanted that is
How can i make torrents like fitgirl ,RG mechanics ,etc
Which can share files even if i deleted that from my pc
