ZREC - Yet another zlib recompressor

ZREC is a zlib recompressor that *ONLY* detects and precompresses zlib streams with headers. It is single threaded and slow, currently at very beta stage I guess, but it works. I have posted it in "Software" section instead of "Conversion Tutorials" because this is not really targeted for game files and there is are better alternatives available for games.

Usage are as below:

Usage:
zrec e/d Input Output
e/d represents encode/decode
input/output can be specified as "-" for stdin/stdout
stdin is not supported while encoding
