Newbie Question about Crossover Connection
Hello i bought a few weeks ago an XBox, and wanna know how to make a cross over connection.
I have a PC connected via an Cablemodem to the internet and with the noIP program my Pc do have a static ip adress and want to make an crossover connection what i know is i need a router. How do i connect the pc and the Xbox via the router to the internet? Do i need Xbox Live Licence?, How do i configure the Xbox and the pc ip adresses, and with wich program can i look on my Xbox HD . A lot of questions Can someone help me please, or point me to a site where i can get all this info. Thanks in advanced. ZeroOne |

Is it Xbox Live your wanting to connect to? If so, read my post here if want to connect without a router, or if your cable modem does not have ethernet port on it.
