Easy question for the pros
Okay here's my problem, I have some fight videos of mine that are on HI 8 and I want to get them on youtube. Everyone one that I run across says its not big deal. Yet they can never do it. I have a lone DVD burner that will hook up to the camera via RCA and I can transfer the videos to DVD. But the problem everyone is stumped at is how do I take that DVD rip it to a file so I can upload it on youtube. Their answer is I have to find the software to do that. They're never much help after that no matter how much they claim to "know". I'm not super computer savvy so I haven't been able to find anything. If anyone could help me out I'd really appreciate it. Hell if you could just give me a link that might guide me in the right direction I'd be happy. Thanks for your time.

Will give you some proggies that will do it. Bear in mind you will need the Divx and/or Xvid codec and AC3 filter. |
