What version of the game (language?) do you have?
Is the game working when you use your orignal cds without a crack?

It has been quite some time and there is still no crack for it.

Exclamation Pirates 1.01 no-cd
A long long time has passed, and no cd-crack for 1.01 patch!
Is it somewhat uncrackable?

Someone please crack that damn patch asap or i will die because of swapping cd's.
