Backing up Enter the Matrix

Hi,

I encountered problems @ about 70% when i tried to create a global image of Enter the Matrix game using Record Now Max. Does anyone else have this problem? If so, is there a fix or work-around?

I backed it up using recordnow max and it worked fine for me

I used Recordnow DX and my sony writer and it works fine .
