ok, so i don't repeat myself, here it is one time

These are only the *INSTRUCTIONS* to get this to work. it worked for me, i do not guarrentee it working for you

in exchange for this wonderful info, could someone *please* tell me how to make a 100% working backup of Magic: The Gathering: Duels of the Planeswalkers? my original is having read errors due to scratches and i want to make a backup before it is too late

on with the Diablo 2 instructions


find and download the following items:

1. Offcial Diablo 2 v1.02 patch (i did a search and found it someplace online....if i get a set of instructions or a crack for DUels of the Planeswalkers that actually works, i will put 1.02 patch up on my website or something and let you get the address)

2. Battlenet fix for Diablo v1.02 (on gamecopyworld)

install the game clean for multiplayer

install the 1.02 patch

following the instructions in the zip file for the battlenet fix

start diablo 2 for a battlenet game (gotta have net connection on)

register and all that with battlenet. when connecting, it will *automatically* download and install the *v1.04* patch over what you have now

from now on, you can play diablo 2 using the instructions in the battlenet fix to play diablo 2 v1.04, even if you do not connect to battlenet

i know this works as i have done it myself...it may even be that the battlenet fix is the ultimate crack for diablo 2....someone expiriment with it ans see

i made my copy acording to the instructions for the no-cd / fixed .exe for version 1.0. my copy works fine and i am quite happy with it...i have even played on battlenet a few times with my backups
