Open CD 2 an extract to a folder
Open CD 1 and extract to same folder OVERIGHTING all files

Open Sid Meier's Pirates!.msi file with Orca and on the "Media" edit "VolumeLabel" to whatever you like (mine was Pirates_DVD) and save.

You can also change the Pirates!.exe in the \program files\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Pirates! whith the cracked one and the game is PreCracked
