Problem with Gun Survivor Miracle Release

hi ,,
i have a problem with the Miracle Release of Gun Survivor Dino Crisis 3
i have a PAL ps2 with a NEO 2.2 Chip and Action Replay but the Game is not running the same with The F1 2002 Release from Kalisto and the Barbarian NEXUS Release the only what happen ist that the CD is running but the TV is dark

Who can help or have the same problems
