Installer in the Netherlands

I'm sorry to open up a thread with such a generic story!

I have been trying to get my PS2 chipped in the Netherlands with a Messiah chip for some weeks now. Every so called installer says he's afraid of getting in trouble with Ducth law and quite modding.

The ones which are still doing modification are extremely expensive Euro 250 and don't give any guarantees....One company even claimed that 75% of the installations on a V3 with the Messiah go wrong..... He tried to put a neo 2 in my V3.

Can anyone please help me out and mail me an adress of a good installer in the Netherlands. I'm getting very tired with all these money sucking bastards!

By the way, does anybody know if there will be a no-solder mod for a V3?.
