PS-One chip fitting help please

this may well be in a FAQ, I'm happy to be flamed and pointed the right way. Just that I got the beast apart on the bench next to me...

I have a stealth+dino crisis mode chip, that was bought when Dino Crisis mode came out. I have fitted several successfully to PSX's various models.

But now I need to fit one to a PS-One.

I'm a little concerned that (after a web search) sites giving fitting instructions for 7 wire stealth mode fitting are saying about the 'new' PS-One chip.

Will this 'definately works in a normal PSX' chip work in the PS-One ?
