Unhappy Lost back cover

Hi there!

I got a Fujitsu-Siemens MEMORYBIRD MP3-player for X-mas but, clumpsy me , I lost the battery cover somehow. I need a way to replace the lost cover, becouse the player now looks awful, and the battery is likely to drop outta place . I temporarly fixed it with some duct tape, it is useful, so the battery stays in place but that looks very rediciolus now . I need a replace cover, but I don't know where to get one. At the store they said, they can't replace it. I wrote email to support but no anwer yet.
Please help me. If you happen to have an "extra" cover for MEMORYBIRD, or know a way to get one please msg me!
