Total Club Manager 2004-Losing Pad control in Fusion mode
My current system is as a follows:
AMD Athlon XP 1700+ 512mb RAM GeForce 4 Ti4200 Artec DVD-ROM BenQ CDREWRITER 20GB Hard Drive SpinPoint V40 80GB Hard Drive Lacie USB External 120GB Hard Drive Motherboard is a Gigabyte GA-7DXR+ Sound Blaster Live! 5.1 Digital Win XP Pro SP1 (on one partition) Win 98se (on another partition) Samsung SyncMaster 15GLi Monitor MS SideWinder Pad Hi, I can play the game fine, but if I go in a match and choose to play it using fusion mode, normally a bit into the second half a pop-up comes up saying "Do you really want to quit the match". I say no, but then it pops up again and just keeps coming back until I say yes. Any ideas whats going on? I went into Fifa 2004 and it happened in there, roughly the same place, so thought it might be to do with Fifa 2004. Plus when i went to choose control when it did this, it seemed to have lost total knowledge of the MS Sidewinder pad being there, Windows says its fine though. But I've updated Fifa 2004 and it stopped. Now updated Total Club Manager 2004 but it still does it. Its getting on my nerves. My team is Brentford, I'm not a football fan but kinda enjoy this and know Brentford ain't all that, so want to take control of the matches myself to score. But this problem keeps arising in the second half so I can't do anything. Its getting annoying now, might as well take the game back if i can't get it fixed. Wondering if its to do with either of the no-cd cracks i have on both games. Both games are updated to the latests patches, then no-cd cracks applied. |

Personally, I thought my purchase of the MS Sidewinder pad was a waste of money. It had issues with most games I played.

Strange 'cause it works perfect with all my other games.

I decided to pulled the plug on my Saitek ST330 USB joystick and leave it out while playing. Now the problem has gone away. Thanks.
