RULES: Conversion Forum Rules; Read Before Posting!

This thread is open only for recommending new entries into the list of "digital download" games below! Questions and other off-topic posts will be deleted without notice!

1. In case you haven't done yet, read the general forum rules. Checking out the other stickies in this forum is also highly recommended.
   
2. Don't request or post CD/DVD conversions for games that have not been released yet. Such threads will be deleted without notice and posters will get a warning. For release dates, refer to ToTheGame - we don't care about release dates listed elsewhere as we won't check dozens of sites in every case. However, if you know for sure that a game has already been released, please, link to a gaming site stating this in your post. It is okay to publish previews, such as installer screenshots, before the game is released but not actual CD/DVD conversions.
   
3. Changes to this rule are being discussed. In the meantime, posting conversions for "digital download" games is allowed but requesting them still isn't. If you have (legally) downloaded games (so called "digital downloads") then don't request CD/DVD conversions for them as they're not shipped on physical media. Such threads will be deleted without notice. This also means "Steam only" games which have retail media. After activation, you can install them from the DVD or download them through Steam and then use the Steam backup feature: Using the Steam Backup Feature (Thanks to ravd and ShadowDuke for this paragraph.)
   
4. This is an English-only forum. If you don't know English (well) then, at least, convert your message into English with Google Translate. Messages that are completely in any language other than English will be deleted without notice. (The general forum rules already contain this but some people seem to just ignore it.)
   
5. This forum is about CD/DVD conversions only. (Hence the title.) Off-topic questions and requests, such as related to cracks, general gaming etc., will be deleted without notice.
   
6. No simple "thanks" posts. Posts with no information other than saying thanks are considered garbage on this forum; such posts will be deleted without notice. Of course, if you have some information to share then, by all means, do so!
   
7. No requests for archive passwords as you won't get them. If the author of a CD/DVD conversion wanted to allow people to be able to reuse his stuff then he wouldn't have protected the archive in the first place anyway. Requests for archive passwords will be deleted without notice.

Suggestions to the authors of CD/DVD conversions:

• Maintain a FAQ in your guides. If you have enough time, please, keep updating your conversion guide with the questions and answers appearing in the thread. This will concentrate all important information into one post and avoid the readers' frustration about having to sort through dozens of posts, sometimes with contradicting information, to find out missing/ambiguous details.
  
• Upload everything as forum attachments. There's a per-account quota for forum attachments but this can be removed upon request for zealots. Unlike file sharing sites, forum attachments won't get deleted or expire and there's plenty space for them. If you still have stuff on sharing sites, please, re-upload those onto the forum some time, too. (If they're still online but you don't want to bother with the re-upload, you can report the conversion thread to me and I'll do the re-upload for you.)
